For logistics services referred to the PD 2000 (TLN) conditions. Logistics services are understood to mean inbound, outbound, stock management, assembly, order processing, order picking, preparing for shipment, invoicing, information exchange and information management with regard to goods as well as loading and unloading insofar as necessary in the context of the aforementioned activities. All disputes arising from or related to (the) agreement (s) concluded between the parties will be settled by the competent court in Rotterdam. Dutch law is applicable.
The general terms and conditions have been provided to you before the conclusion of the agreement and will be sent free of charge upon request.
